If you need to bring a dessert somewhere I recommend either of these.
Guaranteed to have people talking.
At the top is a toblerone cheesecake and below a raspberry avocado semifreddo.
They are both super easy to make and don't require any baking in this hot weather - or the hotter weather we were having last week!
The rest of my family gave huge thumbs up to the toblerone cheesecake; chocolate and peanut butter, of course!! Unfortunately, they didn't like the semifreddo that I found deliciously refreshing! Oh well, it was a lot to ask when only one of them likes avocado and she doesn't like raspberries!!
